Ace Transmission of Springfield, Mo. celebrated the opening of a new facility on Saturday, March 16 hosting an open house and luncheon for around 75 people. The new facility houses 52,000 square feet of office, warehouse, remanufacturing, core and rebuilt unit storage. Ace Owner, Marvin Gott and his wife Darla told us that moving all remanufacturing for transmissions and torque converters to this facility will allow the company to expand its retail shop operation from 12 bays to 22 bays. And, Gott added that the new facility would be known as ACE Transmission Reman LLC while the retail operation will continue under the banner of Ace Transmission Service and Supply.

In addition to the remanufacturing and office space, the new facility includes a parts warehouse to serve Springfield area retail shops. The warehouse is stocked almost exclusively with Transtar parts lines.
